tensioner belt on c180

Hi

the tensioner belt on my c180 has this whining noise...how much does it cost to replace this? can the tensioner be tightened to stop the vibrating/whining effect?

The noise will be the bearing on the idler and it is fairly straight forward to change 5 in the link

The damper may also be at fault, but this would not make a noise, other than a rattle

Same problem as myself with my C180, must make the time to fix that one of the days prices are around £25 off ebay Item number: 300298587736 This is just the tensioner pully thats listed.
