Mods please will you allow me some leeway as I am doing this from hospital ?
I have for sale a set of wheels and tyres and will post that under forum rules when I am out of hospital. Pls move if this should be in sales.
Meantime I just wanted to gauge appetite.
They are Ronal Carlsson 16 spokes from probably the 90s. 18" x 8.5 ET35.
4 are painted Anthracite and wearing good Falken tyres. 2 of those are perfect 1 has a very slight graze and one a stone nick. The 5th wheel is brand new in a box so silver. I have 7 locking centre caps 3 painted anthracite and 4 needing repainting. I have correct length bolts too.
They looked perfect on my 209 CLK and I will have pics in due course.
I have no idea of their value and would love help in finding them a new home.

Neither Toby they are older than those. They have flat faced spokes and round centre caps about 5" diameter held in by a bolt

not something i would be interested in Richard, dont think they would quite suit my 211 (and i can't afford squat at the moment ) but i would have them up at about £400 for the wheels and then £100 for the tires so £500 in total?

Are you sure Malcolm ? I have seen them on the net over the last couple of years as Ronal Carlsson 16 spoke wheels but not as AMG 111.

I don't think they're AMG III, mainly because they're made by Carlsson

They are actually made by Ronal and I think the style is Carlsson

Thanks Malcolm. They looked good on my W209 CLK and are the right size and they came off a C Class and looked right on that too.
I forgot to say they have spigot rings too so everything is there.

That picture in the link leaves a lot to the imagination. I am looking for a set of nice summer wheels for my R129. I will wait for your pictures. Do you have the tyre sizes at some point as I will need to find out if they will fit. Perhaps someone on here may have that information to hand as can see from your post that your are, yourself in the "menders".

They should be fine on a 129 , all they would need is wheel bolts with a 14mm head

They would look perfect on an R129. They take radiused bolts not aftermarket conical bolts. I will get pics up as soon as I escape from here which should be tomorrow. Can't remember tyre sizes. 245/40 seems to ring a bell

Thank you both for the it will fit and look nice on my 129 information.
I am interested, my email is on my profile. If not quite happy to supply it.
However please put yourself first as that is far more important.
I am not too far away and am happy to pop down and view. Might even have to participate in a carvery at the Nags Head if I venture that way.
