Anyone tried one of these?

At six million dollars they are a tad pricey ;)

2002 SL500, 216 CL500, all fully loaded
The main problem is the room for that large head, so it would have a very limited use on a car. Fine for around the house maybe

Or you could buy a decent set of ringers?

It has some good write ups across the pond with 1.7m sold so far.

It's not a substitute for a good set of ring spanners or socket but could replace say an adjustable wrench?

Popular range of sizes covered:

One 6 inch Bionic Wrench™ covers 6 SAE sizes, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16 inch, and 8 Metric sizes, 7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14mm.

I think they sold/sell them in Costco, as TV bolts/nuts on cars have very rarely got the access needed.
I have some Japanese fit all wrenches useful every year or so.
