Jaguar XF

I'm not so sure about the name. The XF...???

I used to have a Suzuki XF 650.

However. I'll bet it drives very, very well indeed.

Comments?

Had a read about that car in a mag Autocar I think, they really rated it quite highly and reckon this time they have finally got it together and produced a proper Jag. I like the interior as well, looks like they have used real wood.

Back in the good old days Jaguars were more powerful and had more equipment as standard than the German opposition, they were also around a third cheaper.

They may be better built now but they still depreciate at a frightening rate and cost the same as the competition. As a consequence nobody seems to be buying them.

In the supposedly bad days prior to Ford ownership they shifted something like 40,000 XJ6's in a good year. Last year they sold around 10,000 of the flagship model.

Might be going the same way as MG/Rover perhaps in a few years?

Birmingham's finest that's what it is. Buy British :p There's a thought?

I resemble the Mondane with a Jag badge remark. It's just not true!

I saw one on the M62 a month or so back - must have been a pre-production press car. I pulled over to let it past, thinking it was a Massarati, so not so sure about the mondeo looks!
Certainly flew past me anyway!
I quite like it.
Either way, it's british made so good luck to it.
