- Viano w639 with OM642 engine
Hi Guys, my name is Allan and I am new to the group. Have a 2011 Viano w639 with a 3 litre Om642 engine that i purchased in limp mode. After having had these previously I generally decated and problem solved. this I can no longer do with the need for annual MOT's required here in the UK. I have replaced the DPF and all associated sensors and still on my snap on diagnostic it shows DPF blocked and will not rev over 2800 and feels like no Turbo present and also kick down does not work. I have checked pedal and turbo.EGR and swirl flaps as well as boost presure sensor and piping..Hitting a blank please help,
