I think any copyright issues would be with the BBC or John Cleese (playing Basil Fawlty).

Wasn't Fawlty Towers though so BBC won't care - it was Clockwise (movie).

If you remove everything in the boot so that you see the floor pan, it will give you a fair idea if there is hidden damage.....modern bumpers can take a fair impact, biunce back into shape and appear completely normal.....but that can and does hide metal damage underneath. When the bumper is removed, that will tell a lot. Certainly, the Honda took a fair impact...and likewise when the front bumper and panel is removed, I'm pretty sure that more damage will be revealed.

Sorry to hear this, I hope this is all resolved soon. Would be interested to see if the police were able to access the A5 drivers phone logs!! I have had so many near rear misses from people looking at their laps when behind me as I'm braking for traffic.

Sorry you're still in bother, A - wish I could help. Is it still with Ian at Star?

Just a thought - if you manage to find any way in - I've seen bendy camera for phones on the Bay at £5.99

Not at Star yet. Saturday....

Just been out to have another go at the boot and FFS.... Some of the faults are back and for good measure a new one - nothing works in the passenger door....window, seat switches etc.

Well car now at Star Motors.
Last night I managed to track down the CAN errors to a particular connection on the rear SAM CAN block (which I suspect is PSE pump since that's about the only thing not working).
Must say very nerve wracking driving down... Only 57 miles in the tank according to the computer but 64 miles to drive according to Google... Made it with 3 miles in the tank and no way to open the filler flap...

How did you get home? Do you have a loan motor or did the train take the strain?
