Thought you might like to know that, at 2.15 this morning, i was still stuck with the rest of the holiday traffic trying to get through the Stansted roadworks on the M11 (naturally thats not the good bit) Shortly after we ground to a halt in a sea of brakelights, there were 3 cars on a row on the hard shoulder, all with their bonnets up with owners looking desparatly for their AA truck to come to the rescue.
The cars were 2 BMW 7 series, and a 5 Series..all in a row. Quite a funny sight i have to say. The last of the cars. an '89 750i had enough steam to run a traction engine coming out of the rad.
I had to chuckle as we crawled past with the temp needle at a nice 85C!!
