Indeed, just trivia, focus on what makes a car a real car. Brrrmm, Brrmm ;)

Or a car where you can slip away into the night without being heard, the doors self close, the engine is silent.

My kids used to sit in their pedal cars going brrmm brrmm, it will pass ;):D

Starting with Distronic as option number 1.

They always fitted "Distronic Plus" into the S and CL class, this takes you down to a stop and back up again, though I think they have started now to offer in some other models.:D

I certainly hope it doesn't pass, I love feeling like a kid at Christmas every time I get into my car. Life is far too short for those who enjoy it

Malc, I think Distronic is an option in any model of Mercedes. I have seen loads of CLs with no Distronic option. They don't always come fitted with one except on the request of the owner. This CL 63 below for instance doesn't have distronic. They advertised it as pretty much loaded and no Distronic function.

Hi

I'm going to look at a cls tomorrow, hopefully to buy it.

What are the things I should look out for

It's a cls 320cdi.2007.
Has higher milage at 72,000
Cost is 9500

Any helpful hints would be great

Neel

All models do not have it,,,I answered a post a few weeks back where the guy was upset because it was not available.

Very odd for that one in the link and no distronic

I am very pleased for you Malcolm and I'm sure many others will also congratulate you on your fine car! It is truly the crowning example of automotive excellence ;)

So is the new CLS 55 and it gets rave reviews, as long as we both love our cars and they perform the way way we wish, then we can live happily ever after ;):D

I think one's life expectancy is somewhat shorter driving a 55K

Disqualified driver
I had one on loan Steve, its to pesky for me ;):D

It is lively, playful and cheap as chips to run. 46mpg driving into central glasgow today.

With winter tyres its ride is soft. Once on summer tyres I will charge about again. I love this car, its fabulous, it may well be the finest car money can buy:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:
