Thinking about a towbar for my C270 Est

A new extenstion is going to force me to have a clear out!!
So thinking that I can use my son's trailor (fairly light!) to aid the task by going to the dump, for delivery, boot fairs etc. (maybe to protect my rear end too!)
I think a new towbar will prove most useful - any advice will be more than welcome esp some of you kind folks who can speak from experience!!!!

This is something that I have thought about over Christmas as our local tip is now refusing to issue me with a permit for my works Transit van that I use to dispose of crap as it is registered to an address out of Plymouth (main works office in Midlands).

So now there's two of us who could do with a bit of advice please!

There was one that went on ebay over Christmas for £15, kicked myself as I forgot to put a bid on, had the electrics as well

Topboy - Thanks for starting off the thread!
I notice most DIY kits are £110 to £200ish - MB £600+!
The reason for the post was that I was interested hear experiences from folks who do towing what they thought about;
DIY fitting? Is it dificult -includes removal of bumper????
Flange or swanneck or detachable?
