Timing chain tensioner vito 2012 113 cdi

Hi does any one know where it is please carnt see it any where ?

Timing chain is at rear of Engine Anthony just in case you werent familiar with the om651. Im not sure if the tensioner can be changed without taking engine out. I know its a job I wouldnt fancy either way. Rocker cover has to come off to view the top end of the chain
