Anyone watch Top Gear here? Am a little disapointed about putting footie first . Jeremy Clarkson is brilliant, but I'm sure others have different opinions.

Don't worry, Top Gear is the tops here, JC is a merc man.

There was a thread on the Stig's music at one point. I think they have taken that to far with Italian lessons, Spanish I could understand.

It's a pity the outdoor football champs are on, I'm missing my fix.

Top Gear is the best politics show on the box. Clarkson has the knack of exposing hypocrisy and sloppy thinking with a few well chosen barbs. They really should bring back Vicki Butler-Henderson though.
Don't suppose she is the stig ? Is she ?

I think Top Gear is a great programme, I tend to watch the old ones on UK Gold as I think they are on every evening

what gets me is that they say they have taken it off for the fottball and yet at 8pm on Sunday night there was no football on the beeb. In fact I don't think they have shown any football on BBC 2 anyway, it's all on BBC1, ITV and BBC HD, so why have they taken Top Gear off at all?!

If they can't get VBH they should definately get they "schmits" woman from the Neurburg Ring that showed Mr Clarkson up! She was fab.

I don't quite know why the fact top gear has had to be dismissed for footie either. They could of at least moved it to a weeknight at least :x

I'd much rather watch another match of Aygos Vs Foxs anyday than watch a match of 'real' football

I must be as well , just been to Germany and didn't see any Football. Saw a few flags on cars, just thought the locals were being patriotic

Just seen her blow it up, what a waste. A cheap rip off of the Top Gear Hi-Lux destruction and the wanton destruction of a nice Mercedes.

Cant stand the Butler-Henderson woman!!! That inane chortling she does gets right up my nose. If the car has less than 200 bhp and cant drift round corners she's not interested

Yes i agree. I used to think she was okay bit she is even looking a bit ropey these days. And Tiff? dont get me started. I have heard of straightening the corners but he corners the straights.

Mind you, I did have brekky with him at silverstone. He was driving a GT2 Aston Martin. And to be brutally honest, he wasnt that quick.

I like Top Gear but for a 1 hour programme they dont actually do enough car reviews for me. I dont mind watching the celebs drviving, but i wouldnt miss it either. I think thats the problem with surveys they do. people say they like it so it stays.

I had a beer with Tiff once. We had him as a speaker at a company do. He is (in my opinon) and complete and utter.........

The company I worked for at the time was based in Scotland and employed some very large lads from Glasgow who threatened to "re-arrange" some of his features unless he apologised for harrasing one of the girls in the womans toilets. Nice guy...

All this talk about football Vs Top gear. I cannot say I know what your talking about. Any self respecting parent of a four year old knows if your not watching Scooby Doo you must be watching Dora. By the time your child is in bed all you want is quiet. Am I getting old or just boring? Ah, the joys of kids.
