Topping up coolant

Is it ok to top the coolant level up with non MB coolant? I have some of the Comma long life green stuff lying around that says that its MB approved, but I am worried that it might somehow react with the stuff thats in there (original green MB coolant)?

Is it ok to use just as top up or should I make a trip to a dealer and buy some of the Mercedes specific stuff?

It is said that the MB stuff is the best, but Comma make is OK and it will mix without problems
