Torque setting for Bolt after Aux belt change, W210 300D

I've just changed the large aux belt on my 300D W210. Can anyone tell me what the top bolt on the tensioner spring should be tighten to?

The engine sounds noisier at the front since changing this belt. Are there any things I may have done wrong?

I've checked all the pulleys and the tensioner for free running and all run very smoothly.
