Total closure playing up

[Kully E220 Coupe]

Hi all, I've got a e220 coupe W124 1996, and i have a Clifford Concept 300 fitted with Proxy sensors, this weekend i was going to have the Clifford full closure module fitted which woud close all my windows and sunroof when i locke dthe car. but when the fitter examined my car he noticed that the car a;lready ahd a Mercedes full closure system already fittd, which is activated by turning and holding the key in the locked position until all windows and sunroof are closed and holding it in the open position to open all windows and sunroof i thought this was great as i wouldn`t have to use the £40 Clifford module (GReat) but I have problem with the closure system everytime i close the windows using the key the sunroof opens in the tilt postion???? is this normal and what could be causing this??

Any help welcome, I can`t get my total closure till i fix this problem, if it is a problem :S
