Tour - Hotel Recommendations?

Hi Folks!

Well, we're scheduled for the factory tour & collection over the August banking holiday weekend. We plan to drive back through France & the Champagne region.

I'm looking for hotel recommendations from those that have travelled this route. Some of the hotels listed in the documents I received from MB include:
Hotel Chateau Tilques in Pas-de-Calais
Holiday Inn Coquelles in Calais

There are no other hotels listed. Any recommendations? We plan to take the long weekend (Fri - Mon)....

in the Black Forest

the Post Hotel in Kneibis. Very comfortable, nice food, and easy enough to find. About an hour from Strasbourg, about the same from Stuttgart.

I regularly use Logis de France hotels, individually run good food and generally quite cheap. Website in English is a benefit as well.
