Transferring music files to new car from old (both using COMAND)

Hi - can anyone tell me if it is possible to somehow transfer all my music files from my old E Class (2013) to its replacement (2015). The lease is up shortly and I'd prefer not to go through the hassle of reburning CDs to MP3 again.

I can't find anything here about this but I probably haven't used the correct search phrase.

If it is possible, I'm guessing it might require a download to a USB stick but, to be honest, I can't find anything in the user manual referring to this.
