Trouble locating alarm siren in w203

I have a 2004 w203 estate.

My remote locking and radio have just stopped working and fuse 8 blows every time I try to replace the fuse.

After a bit of searching on here it seems that this could be caused by a shorted alarm siren (which would definitely be preferable to a shorted aerial amplifier!).

The threads I found describe the location of the alarm siren as being under the wheel arch lining at the rear of the NS wheel arch. I have checked behind all the lining and can't find it for the life me!

Does anyone have a photo of the location or any other ideas? I've never actually heard my alarm go off, so I'm wondering whether there was ever one installed.

Thanks

Ah! Thanks for the quick replies guys :)

After looking at that picture Simon, it would appear that my laziness has been the cause of me not finding the siren; I undid all the hex screws and pulled the panels down, leaving the push pins in place - which is why I couldn't see it, I didn't think it would be that far down.

Much appreciated. Will get back in about it in the morning and disconnect the alarm.
