Im considering Michelin all season radials Crossclimate + XL, FSL, M+S, 3PMSF 69 db

Seems Michelin changed the rubber compound in the Crossclimate +

A perfect example of this shift in focus is Michelin's new CrossClimate2. While it is branded with the 3PMSF symbol, it is also designed to deliver category-leading wet traction; engaging driving dynamics; and a refined, quiet ride; not to mention impressive life and satisfying performance from new to worn. Our test team and consumers alike were very pleased with the CrossClimate2's predecessor, and Michelin says the new tire should improve on the original in a meaningful way.

Where, and on what roads are you planning to drive?

Made from hard rubber, that made them last. It also made them very slippery in the wet
Had some Michelin ZX on a VW Beetle, don't think they wore out! All the propeties of Christopher Dean's ice skates in the wet.

Michelin winter tyres have always been in the top 10% in tyre tests.

Seems Michelin changed the rubber compound in the Crossclimate + or some call them the Crossclimate 2 around 2017 for smoother drive.

Recommended brand, manufacturer, or if low profile is any better ?
Low profile is for racetracks not the road. I’d take a look at Goodyear Efficientgrip

I’ve been using them for a couple of years and am very impressed

Tyre grip, emergency stopping distance is one instance where a quality premium radial proves its worth I've been convinced.
