Uneven brake pad wear and excessive brakle pedal travel on Vito

Any ideas, I have worn the off side front inner pad to rivets plenty of meat on the other three pads. Brake pedal spongy and excessive travel!

you obviously have seized calipers/ pads. probably pads. brakes wont work as they should, meaning extra pressure and travel needed on pedal to stop car, making pads flex rather than slide in the process! try new pads with pad slides etc very clean, that should cure it!
