Upgraded from Audio 20 to a Comand APS NTG2

Hi, I am a new member to the club and forums.

I have just upgraded my 2006 C180K from the standard Audio 20 to a Comand APS NTG2 unit.

I am very happy with the installation and all works perfectly except for 2 issues, the navigation instructions do not appear in the cluster display, and the telephone send/receive buttons on the steering wheel or Comand do not work.

I presume that both TEL and NAV options need to be activated using STAR/Xentry for theses functions to operate fully.

Could somebody please recommend a local independent who could assist with this activation? I live near Broadway in the Cotswolds.
