I have an 1998 E200 with 15" steel wheel rims and wish to upgarde to 16" or 17" alloys.
I have been looking to purchase some wheels from ebay but do not know which rims will fit my car.
How will I know which part numbers will fit my car and what size tyres I need to put on them?

Hello and welcome. It would help if you put up the size of the tyres that you are running on now.

Ford Granada wheels fit and are available in 16 inch as standard, plus loads of aftermarket stuff in all sorts of sizes.
You may have to shave or dremmel a mm or so off the centre locating hub, as the merc one is slightly larger. No problem, it took me about an hour (going carefully) on my MOMO Arrow 17 inhers, bought from ebay last year..
The "art-deco" type granada (form the top models of the whale-shaped Granada) wheels look particularly nice IMHO....
