Urban myth of the 710 is real!

I always thought that a customer asking in a shop for a 710 was an urban myth, but I witnessed it this morning. Stood behind a woman at the counter who asked for one. Guy looks a bit none plussed. She explains "you know it's round and yellow, where you put water in, I've lost mine again". I suggested what she wanted, but chap asks her to show where it is on her car parked outside. Clouds of dense smoke under the bonnet and oil and water everywhere and dripping on to the road. Boyfriend had told her to top up the oil and showed her what to do but she told the guy she had been putting water in to thin it out a bit, but had lost the 710. Apparently she wouldn't be convinced the letters meant OIL. He had one which just about fit and she merrily drove off with the engine clattering away.....
