Hi.

Does anyone know roughly where the oil change location is?

Hello and Welcome,

I guess you're looking for the sump plug to drain the oil?

Most dealers just suck it out of the dipstick tube these days - there's many plastic sumps and more than one has cracked undoing the sump plug. Get a Pela Pump (or something similar) and suck it out.

Why is it urgent?

If it has one it will be on the sump pan for the engine , maybe just on the side of the sump . Don't confuse the engine sump with the auto gearbox sump

Hi sorry for the late reply. It was urgent because I was half way through doing it and couldn’t find it. Gave up. Ordered an oil extractor lol

Funny buddy , but halfway through an oil change is probably when the oil is no longer in the car :D

Your CLC 220cdi has a metal sump, not a plastic one.
The drain plug is often uber-tight, so you're going the right route using an extractor pump.
Just make sure the oil is good and hot when you extract it.

Yes, and when you find out they’ve sold you the wrong filter...

Yeah I did see something that looked like that. Tried to turn it but came to the conclusion I need to work harder in the gym :(

Nearest I got to that was wondering what the liquid sound was hitting the floor .... You guessed it, no sump plug in yet

That can get expensive quite fast, it’s a method of getting more of the old oil out though...
