valeo again..2003 clk55

Hi

I posted previously about my valeo / g box problem. The garage i got the car from is agreeing to fix the problem (new rad, torque convertor & flush) from Merc directly.

question to you is, following a gearbox flush does anything else go wrong with the box? i've been informed that it should run sweet as a nut once it's fixed...

Nothing else ever goes, you will be OK, it will be a full flush as the torque converter is being changed, lets hope that they do not forget the cooler

as in the oil cooler needs to be replaced also?

Ignore it ,,its me,,,you get e new one with the rad, sorry

i am also getting irratic idle also (in the brief time i've owned the car)... do u think it's related? engine almost cut out.. but then it was ok after short drive.

can't believe dealer prices though... 3k if i had to pay for rad / torque! just as well it's covered. good thing i've got a warranty with the motor... these merc parts cost an arm and leg as i'm learning..

Not related,,just the MAF going down more than likely
