Van-dalism on my Vito? Advice sought!

New to this forum so go easy if I am in the wrong place!

Basically, I found that someone has damaged/vandalised the ignition cluster on my Vito 109 van. The ignition barrel has been pushed through the dashboard facia (see photo) and I guess the retaining clip has been broken.
Here is the odd bit! There is no sign of any fascia or dashboard clip/mount remaining, so I am wondering if it was nicked to replace someone elses??

So my questions are as follows:
Can anybody post a pic of what should be there? (2004 109 Compact Vito)
Does anyone have a manual/parts list so I can try and find a replacement part?
Can anyone recommend a good place to pick up a new part? (I don't want to spend £££s on a new unit)
and finally, why are there such pr***s out there that do this to vehicles?

Looks like its just the trim missing (and poss the unit pushed back a bit - its hard to tell.
mb are normally surprisingly reasonable with these types of trim pieces so I'd start with the dealer. I know every time I've ordered a bit of trim, expecting to pay a credit card price, they've come back and asked for loose change.
You can always walk away but at the minimum you'll have the corrent part no. As it's a Vito, I'd try a commercial dealer as they're often cheaper than the car ones.
