Hi

The clutch is slipping on my vaneo (414) 1.7cdi (04) Engine code 668.914. I've had a quick look and i cant see any other option than to take the engine, gearbox and subframe out in one lump? Has anyone done one or could tell me the book time as autodata doesn't list one.

P.S It is the proper man 5 speed not the clutchless one.

Thank for looking any help or advice welcome.

John

Yes done loads and exactly the same as the A Class W168.

Depends if it has a split subframe, if it has, then I support the engine and swing it all down in situ, if its a fixed subframe, drop the lot and seperate it on the floor.

Total time is about 12 hours work
