Hello

On my W202 C250TD from 1997 there's a weired intermittent noise (squeeling) that correlates to me turning on the ventilation... At the lowest setting (air speed) it is not there, but at higher settings it will come after driving a few minutes. It is not correlated to the AC being on or off, but (and I find this weird!) it IS correlated to turning corners :? (it gets louder when e.g. driving into a roundabout)

Any ideas?

Best regards, Jens

I've noticed that the noise is also higher when braking ...no ideas at all?

It could be the machine gun mountings -JBOND ?
More likely the bearings or mountings loose in the circulation fan motor?

As above, I would lower the fan motor and see if it is all clear and that the bearings are OK
