40 mile drive in the 170 started with what felt like a buckled alloy , wobbled like mad , couple of presses of the brake pedal and it went back to normal, very strange

Maybe a small stone/debris on the pad, or dried mud on the rim which eventually fell off at speed.

Check the wheel nuts are tight to torque setting, pronto!

If they are loose you have been very lucky driving 40 miles.

I’d check the wheels and nuts as per above but it will most likely be a stone or mud

If the nuts had come loose then some plucker has tried to nick mi alloys cos it was totally fine the night before lol , fink it was brake related but see what its like on the way back tommorow
