I've decided at 185k miles replacing all the suspension 'aint daft.
Dampers will be saggy, (front) springs ready to break.
Rear air bags past their best and likely to leak in the next couple of years or so, there is already some air escape somewhere.
I saw the rear Arnott bags at a good price, so ordered them.
With the dampers I'm not sure it's worth paying premium prices as our High Peak weather might cause their replacement in a few years anyway.
I see Monroe at reasonable bucks (£67 a pair), and I've read that KYB are well thought of (£158 per pair), then there are Sachs (close on £180 per pair).
What advantage of keeping the make the same for front and rear?
A smooth ride is what I'm aiming at, not sporty.
Opinions welcome.
