I am trying to get a 2nd hand vibration absorber kit (M-B p/n 124 350 06 72) for my '94 E320 Coupe. It comprises vibration absorber plate, locking plate (124 351 00 73) and 2 bolts (124 990 28 01).
Have tried obvious M-B breakers without success.
Any suggestions ?

I assume without thinking too much about this youre talking about the steering dampers or has bishops finger got the better of me.

Is this the propshaft vibration absorber? If so, MB is your best bet, they weren't fitted as standard, only if needed, so there's probably not many around at breakers.

I believe it fits behind the differential at the rear of the subframe. Rare part, not fitted as standard.

I suspect your only option is a dealer, or are they saying part not available?
