I can't find anywhere to download updates for the unit.... the instructions take you to a Chinese website with no download page, their contact us bit does not respond either. Is it a big myth or am I missing something, the unit works sort of...

faults I hope firmware will cure
1) following instructions to pair doesn't work !!! but if I search from my phone it finds it...
2) it takes for ever after starting the car for the thing to settle and display viseeo on speedo
3) sometimes this works others it fails
4) one number won't connect from address book ever!!! (others work 100%)but they can ring me and if I dial from the phone manually it connects 100%

I registered.... nothing there... same as if not logged in

can anyone help out with this ? could someone send recent files to update this unit please? or indeed help me to update...

today it half worked shows phone signal strength but not the word viseeo then sat all journey saying connecting phone with the quadrant timer going and going

I get this occasionally with my MB-4

I find that unclipping it from the UHI connector in the armrest and clicking it back in usually gives it a kick-start and it then finds the phone!

There have been no Bluetooth updates released only CPU updates HW200 SW322 CPU Software version v048

you remind me.... I was going to post the last update back to viseeo so they can add it on their site.

I think the company broke up... one running off with tune to air (now all over amazon as bovee) and the other guy keeping the almost obsolete Bluetooth phone stuff

what version is it running.... when plugged in to the UHI go round the menus and it displays on itself

are you aware of the dip switches and have them set in the right place? the w221 runs the NTG4 settings as well (otherwise you get odd performance)

I've been trying to get him to post the stuff for the MB-3 but he's not keen. I think all the others can still be bought.... he seems to think my MB-3 should be dead, so I wonder if a large number were faulty / badly made

hey, if you think its hard work trying to update the BT phone thing wait till you try the tune to air...

run the software to get a password, email it back, so they can send another code to run the software. By then Microsoft got wind that I was trying to use the PC to do something useful so it disabled drivers it didn't like... (but of course doesn't let you know its done that silently in the background). Booted win 10 in some odd mode to get unsigned drivers to install ….. after I got he password emailed back, went to give it a go and win 10 refused for something else,...

….. in the end I had to install copy of win 7 on a spare harddrive so the software would actually run, but by now the code to run the software was invalid.... 4 days later and 9 hours of my life wasted thanks to the heroes at Microsoft I was ready to hit someone (perseverance got it done in the end)
