viseeo mb-4 turns on after connecting usb

hello everyone I have a problem with viseeo mb-4 a year ago I bought it and after connecting it to the uhi socket it did not turn on but I had an idea to connect a USB cable to it and it turned on I connected to the phone And everything worked great now I have some free time and I wanted to find out why viseeo is not getting power I will add that when I connect the cradle from samsung it turns on normally, i.e. the current in the uhi connector is there I have one more problem for about a week when I talk to someone the other side hears me very quietly viseeo is turned up volume please help

your points aren't very clear

there are dip switches in the unit to set to the specific comand unit the car has
there are also firmware updates - which is the only reason there is a USB socket on the device

I believe the dip switch setting is the same for the 3, 4 and 4+ (firmware is specific to each model)

w jednostce znajdują się przełączniki DIP, które można ustawić na konkretną jednostkę dowodzenia, w którą wyposażony jest samochód
są też aktualizacje firmware'u - tylko dlatego na urządzeniu znajduje się gniazdo USB

Uważam, że ustawienie przełącznika DIP jest takie samo dla 3, 4 i 4+ (oprogramowanie układowe jest specyficzne dla każdego modelu)

hello, I have made the latest update available on viseeo website 101.9(2014.11.18) and both dip switches are on as it should be for the comand aps ntg1 unit And still, if I connect the viseeo to the uhi connector, nothing happens, it does not turn on, but if I connect it to the mini USB port, the viseeo turns on and works. Now I have another problem, when I call, the person on the other end hears me very quietly. I have the volume set to max on the phone and on the viseeo. I replaced the microphones in the rearview mirror and the bluetooth module. And the second metal box seems to me to be an antenna amplifier, but I still can't hear it at all. Today I was able to connect the car to the computer but there were no error codes below attached photos of the bluetooth module

if you put the wrong firmware on, I wouldn't be surprised if its behaving strangely ?


a number of users with the later devices have had issues - what car and what age - see a note here - issues occurred on D2B version of UHI (2004 Mercedes)

2. Browse with [] to MIC VOLUME and press [SETUP] to enter the microphone
volume setting.

I have viseeo mb-4+ and software 101.9 (2014.11.18) and mercedes w211 e320 2007year two weeks ago it worked great one day viseeo froze And nothing could be done with it I disconnected it from the car the next day I connected it and it worked but problems with the voice level began. tomorrow I will check the volume control because I have it set to 20, i.e. max and I did not know that it matters so much that a quieter setting may be better

this could read as 2 weeks ago the UHI on the car went wrong and its still wrong

try the viseeo in another car ? or fit a physical phone in the car and see if that works
