Hi all
Have have the viseeo Bluetooth adapter in my s211.
Recently the audio has recently become extremely low.
The recipient can still hear me without issue. I suspect that something has gone faulty with the unit however I'm not sure. Is there anyone in Berkshire that has a similar unit that I can test to confirm my theory.
Does any one else have suggestions on what the issue could be?
Thanks Suki

If you cant hear the person properly turn up the volume control on the headunit during a call.

If they cant hear you properly there is a volume control on the side of the Viseeo.

Hi there
I tried both with no luck... I was thinking it could be the speaker as it only comes one side. Is that normal?
I have on old Nokia dock and phone. I will try it with that to see if the issue is with the car or the viseeo unit.
Thanks
suki
