Hi everyone, firstly thanks for allowing me to join this forum. My name is Mark and I live in Jersey C.I.

I have a issue with my vito that no one can seem to answer and I was hoping someone may of had the same sort of problem.

Up to now it has been faultless in the 10 years I have had it, now it has developed a issue, where as driving normally with no indication or warning it would just cut out and die. You can turn the key whilst free wheeling and restart it, but when it starts it seems to misfire. Once you get it restarted it will tick over soon as you apply the throttle it dies. After about 10 min of this it will fire up, seem to clear the misfire and run. 100 miles later (approx) it will do it again.

Any advice or help would be appreciated....thank you

welcome to the forum, what work have you had done so far do we don't go over things that have been tried already, Have you had it on STAR yet and any codes stored?

Hi

To date, no faults have been found by local garage after keeping it for two days, diesel filter has been changed. The only thing the garage had mentioned was a possible regeneration fault, as it failed to regenerate whilst being checked over
