hi guys, looking for a few suggestions with an issue I have with my Vito 115 cdi Sport 2007. The turbo blew and was replaced with a recon one, the turbo is the VV19 with the electronic actuator, (not the vacuum one). Since replacing it, there doesn't seem to be much torque between idle and 2500 rpm, at the point of reaching 2500rpm, the van takes off as if a switch is flicked.. The EGR all seems to be OK as does the new quality MAF sensor.. The turbo was taken off and sent back and tested ok, the actuator changed just as a precaution and still playing up.. Any ideas would be greatly received.. Steve.
