Does it rev easily past 3k revs, while driving?

As they don't have the C / S selection it should be pulling away in 1st, worth confirming by 'tipping' the selector when pulling away.

It's worth checking for sticking brakes,
but really it needs to be seen if there are any fault codes.

If you are hoofing it for a fast getaway you would expect the turbo to kick in. In that case I might expect he turbo actuator to be at issue, I would expect it to go into limp mode then though.

But tbh this guessing could go on some.
Watching live data, such as fuel pressure, might give a clue. But whatever your monitoring you would need to know what to expect to see what may not be performing as it should.

In Star most of these tests will have the acceptable parameters detailed, so it's more obvious what isn't right. Your soon running into £££'s at an Indie with that though.
What diagnostics are you using? Some of the lesser stuff don't always pick up the codes.
