Hi guys.Purchased my first ever Vito 7months ago as abit of a project/work van. 113,000 miles
She’s got/had some problems so here goes with what I’ve done so far..

Serviced
Replaced intercooler as was cracked.
Replaced right hose and back section with MAP sensor on.
Swapped passenger from single to double
New handbrake handle
New bonnet catch and cable
Alloys
Black death x1 injector blowing (fixed by garage) (was charged £300 for the one fixed)

Now the problems..
Van was going into limp mode with error code p0299. (Basic ODB reader)
Drove lovely until I hit a steep hill or went above 50mph then would into limp mode. Revs wouldn’t go above 3200. No engine management light on.
Swapped the MAP sensor on the right side of the intercooler pipe for a Bosch one from euro parts..
I now have code P0069 limp mode pretty much straight away but the van revs to redline.
Any help would advice would be much appreciated..

I 'suggest' you need to see that sensors are operating within parameters.
It may be that you need recalibration following the replacement of kit.

Star is good for all that.

original code indicates potential boost leak. I would smoke test the charge system first, especially as your symptoms match those of a boost leak (limp mode when under boost for long periods)
