Vito battery discharging

Hi all
This is the first time I have joined a forum so if how I ask questions is not quite right please correct me.

I run a fleet of 16 109CDi Vitos that were new in May this year and have 2 problems. The first is with the batteries either discharging or not charging. The dealer cannot determine which. They have changed 'modules' etc and do not seem to be able to cure the problem. The second is minor by comparison, the wheel covers fall off for no apparent reason. Any solutions to either problem?

hi, i assume you are talking about the new rear wheel drive vito, i got one two weeks ago, first of alll, dealer told me to order full wheel trims as they had a lot of trouble with the small ones falling off, so it is a design fault!
Battery, there is a fan that cools the fuse box on the vito, mine seeems to run all the time, i am expecting the battery to give up soon too!
