Vito van hazard lights

Hello everyone, my name is Kelvin and I am new to this forum so go easy on me, I have just purchased a 2001 110 cdi vito van and I have a few problems with it, having trouble in selecting reverse gear (forward gears are fine) and the front fog lights and the hazards lights do not work, any advice would be much appreciated.
