Can anyone tell/give me some clue as to why the dash cigarette lighter on my w639 vito is not working. A Parrot system was installed by the previous owner and the live feed seems to be a white brown Fleck wire but not sure where this is from or if its even related to the 12v socket issue.
I've done the basics such as checking fuses all seem to be okay.

The rear load compartment 12v is working fine

These are only live with ignition on,
if it's totally dead it is likely it's a fuse (under the bonnet fuse 18)
or the plug has come adrift behind the socket.

I have checked the fuses and the rear of the socket and everything was okay as far as I can see

The rear socket is indeed a permanent feed, as I found out yo my cost, when I left a 12 volt chiller on in the back socket....flattened the battery overnight.
As for the fuse boxes, I found the User manual diagrams bore no resemblance to the actual fuse boxes, very confusing.
Is the parrot system still installed? And how many wires are connected to the cigar lighter and what are their colour are they?
