W 169 2005 starting problem with cold engine

I have problem starting the car on cold engine. It cranks 5-7 times and then starts. If engine is hot than NO problem, but when engine get cold than it's the SAME AGAIN.
Recently i noticed that if I wait for at least 25 seconds, then car starts OK !!!
Please any advice or help it would be appreciated ...

Most probably an air leak on the low pressure fuel pump side or faulty glow plugs probably best to put a code reader on it

Actyally on glowplug is faulty, which we couldn't remove due to fusion or melting. BUT it is very hot in my place uo to 40 degrees of Celsius.
We are gona test the fuel pump, relays of the board computer and also board computer ... thanx a lot

Failing heater plug or control unit its over 40 here and we have a number or l200 and d4d, l200 still need heater plugs

After I changed relays of the board computer .. the car is OK .. and I still need to change the faulty glowplug (I have to change all of them for safety) .. thnx for replay
