W107 towbar + front bumper required

I'm looking for a towbar to fit my 1978 W107 SL .Does anyone have one or know of a source for one?
Alternatively, if I fabricate one myself, any thoughts on whether the spare wheel well is strong enough to mount the bar to? (This is where the bar on my Trumph Stag is fixed to) It will only be for light use, is. mainly towing sailing dinghies.
Finally, the chrome has split on the off side of my front bumper. Any good second hand ones out there?

Try www.towsure.co.uk for the towbar. They manufacture them and are often cheaper than a second hand one. The also sell all the electrics and anything remotely linked to towing. A word of warning though, their deliver is a bit slow if you have the standard delivery.
