W115 - 200 Petrol Mercedes Benz - Can I use Unleaded Petrol

I'm finding i hard to get hold of Leaded Petrol for my W115, can anyone advise me on how i can get a conversion for it to run on unleaded, or can i get away with adding lead additives and use unleaded petrol.

Any help/advice would be much apprecited.

Your car is is 67--1976 so may not take too kindly to " Unleaded"'
I believe The likes of Castrol LRP additive ( which I use, with good results) along with slight adjustment of your ignition timing should do the trick ,However I would advise you to phone the sevice manager at your local MB workshops & ask the question
