hello i'm a new member 'leslo' my car turns over but wont start, fitted new fuel pump, no electric feed to pump. ran wire from battery to pump, with ignition on and car burst into life. turned it off at key, and it started up. tried it three or four times and it started perfectly. ran at idle for ten minutes, then drove three to four mile and it appeared to switch its self off, ignition lights still on, turns over has not run since. tried to run wire from battery to pump, pump running will not fire, HELP!!!!!!!

check fule pump relay.i had same prob i change relay and car is perfect now and check fuse 4 fuel pump.
