Hey gday mr dreamer,,,hey i think i found it...i read a post on here days ago or more,,the fellas issue sounded like mine but his car was a 190e,,however he found the spring and where it hooks up and describes "taking oil filter out and poke your hand in there an the spring mount can be accessed ,", iv just had a look on mine 230e an its look like the same as the 190e,,,so I'm gonna take out oil filter tomorra an hopefully i will get a result,,hehehe,,,id like to have it factory again not like iv got it presently ,,,thanks

Hello dreamer,,,theres a member sacco he posted a similar issue,,he mention he had to remove the oil filter to get his hand down under inside i gues near oil filter is a hidden mount for a spring,,.my car is auto...but u know what i think the 190e setup is same as mine...i think that little lever operates the throttle body butterfly..whereabouts are you in this world dreamer?, all these internet stuff is pretty good aint it,,
