Its a bit late now, but anyone using the Sealey needs to mark where the compressor arms need to be using the position on the old spring and then place them exactly the same on the new spring.

You then get enough compression to fit and enough room to release (assuming the damper is dropped and the hub supported just at the point where it straightens out the flexible brake hose.

Used it on a second car since (first was my Coupe and this one an estate) - the second time was a lot faster (45 mins per side).

(its plenty strong enough by the way).

Don't forget to include new sacrificial anodes under the new spring!
