1 - open both back doors
2 - lift both squabs
3 - remove rear headrests and put in keeper holes in the squab
4 - fold o/s/r backrest
5 - fold n/s/r backrest

If either of the backrests won't fold the release catches are jammed. First check the spring catches under the squabs have released (by the hinge of the backrest in the middle) and, if they're OK, make sure the black buttons in the door shuts by the catch have released

If both seem free, and the backrest won't fold, try lifting it a bit & pulling hard

If all else fails lie in the back and kick hard...

Success!!! Only took me 2 hours and plenty of WD40,a hammer, two cups of tea and some swearing but no kicking!

The catches above the door latchs had seized and one headrest was stuck but job complete

treated the old bus to an oil change too
