OK, can anyone help with removing these parts:

Door card for my coupe - I get there are clips round the edge, and that I can remove the black trim piece around the door release to reveal a screw at the top of the door handle - but there must be more screws holding the door card in place, surely?

And BTW - what is the clear plastic window for at the bottom of the door card???

Rear speaker grille - been trying to prise the grille upwards from the side but so far no joy and I don't want to damage the grille. Am I missing something - eg can the entire unit be removed - or do I just keep levering the grille itself?

Thanks in advance for your help... :)

There are no screws holding the door card in. There's just the screw on the handle, the screw holding the black trim by the lock and the push-fit poppers on the sail panel behind the mirror

With all those off, prise the card away from under the the door release assembly and then lift the card to unhook it from the door

The tightest bit is normally where the spring clips at the top of the card clip in next to the glass

Just as Nick says but if its like the saloon the escutchion around the exterior mirror must be removed as well, otherwise you can't lift the card off its mounting hooks.

Have a look in the DIY section, there is some info relating to a W202 door card and Window Regulator, different car to yours but same principles might apply.

Re speaker, have you tried to access the underside of the parcel shelf from the boot.
