Hello,
I have a 1996 W124 E280 estate, with 105K miles on the clock and it runs very smoothly. After parking in the garage for 3 days I noticed a line of oil dead centre underneath the engine. The line was approx 12 inches long by one inch wide, almost dead straight, not heavy, but an accumalation of light drops of oil over several days. Car continues to run fine, oil pressure excellent and no noticable loss from dip sticks. Any one got any idea? Am I looking at the strat of the dreaded Head "G" going? Whanster
