w124 seat removal

I want to remove the seats from the W124 cabrio (1994) so i can clean the rear carpet properly.

I can see the bolts on the rear of the seat so no problem.

The floor bolts on the front the of the seat have little colour-matched plastic covers. How do i remove these covers? I dont want to break them!

just pull off the covers- they clip on and are pretty sturdy.
